What options do you offer to bring my puppy home?

It is always preferred that families pick up their puppies in person directly from Cheryl’s Sheepies. We can arrange for flight nanny services for an additional cost. We do not deliver puppies.

Do you doc the puppy’s tails or remove their dewclaws?

We do not doc the tails off of our puppies, but we remove dewclaws.

What is the temperament of sheepadoodles?

Sheepadoodles are very friendly dogs. They are social, intelligent, obedient, and gentle. While they love a good nap and cuddles, they can be mildly energetic and playful. Enrichment toys and activities are important to keep their brain stimulated. Sheepadoodles make great family dogs, as they are patient, gentle, and caring towards children.

What kind of grooming care do sheepadoodles require?

Sheepadoodles have an undercoat that gives them a fluffy appearance, but this coat can cause mats. Regular brushing is important to keep mats away. Professional grooming is recommended every 4-8 weeks.
